GB 3077 40MnVB steel application
Grade 40MnVB steel is usually used in quenched and tempered condition. This alloy can be used after normalizing to make important parts such as shafts, small shafts, balance levers, etc. 40MnVB steel works under wear and friction conditions or under large impact loads. Rocker, connecting rod, bolt, nut, gear and various rollers. In addition, GB 3077 40MnVB steel can also be used as a high-frequency surface hardening steel for parts requiring high surface hardness and wear resistance.
