27SiMn grade steel is a Chinese GB standard (GB/T 3077) alloy structural steel. 27SiMn material density is 7.85 g/cm³.
GB 3077 27SiMn steel can be used to make welded structural parts with higher loads such as boilers, high-pressure vessels and large high-pressure pipes in the temperature range of 450-475 °C. In addition, it can also be used for cold drawn and cold stamped parts such as piston pins, gears.
