JIS G3101 SS540 is one of the most common carbon structural steel grade, due to its higher strength and minimum yield strength above 400 Mpa, JIS G3101 SS540 steel plate is widely used in general mansions, plants building and all kinds of construction machinery, such as mines and various types of drilling rig used in construction, power shovel, hydraulic support, coal mining machinery and equipment and other structures. SS540 steel plate’s equivalent grade is DIN 17102 STE 380, NFA 36201 E 375R, MNC 810E SS21,42,01, CSA G40-21 400 W, WT, ASTM A 572 gr. 60 & 65.
