According to the pressure vessel steel standard EN 10028-3, the P460NL1 grade steel shall be subjected to normalizing and low temperature impact tests. For all pressure vessels and boiler steel plates, such as P355NH, P355N, P460NH, P460NL2, our factory is forced to perform ultrasonic testing at least 435/A435M. This will be used for secure end use. For TE thicknesses exceeding 100 mm, the strength value of P460NL1 is specified by our customer in the purchase order. We can also provide other ultrasonic testing standards such as EN 10160 S0E1, S2E2, S2E3, S3E3, S3E4.
