ASTM A533 Grade A Class1 alloy steel plates supplied by hot rolling are prone to breakage during transportation and handling, especially steel plates with thickness of 25mm and 50mm. We will deliver ASTM A533 Grade A Class1 in hot-rolled condition according to customer's requirements and pack according to customer requirements.

ASTM A533 Grade A Class1 must be killed and conform to the required values of fine austenitic grain and shall also be heat treated. The steel simple shall do heat analysis and product analysis, ASTM A533 Grade A Class1 must conform to the chemical requirements for carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, molybdenum, and nickel. Tension tests shall be performed wherein the steel specimens shall conform to the required values of tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation.
