16Mo3 is a EN10028-2 specified pressure vessel grade chrome molybdenum alloy steel for use in elevated working temperatures. 16Mo3 steel has excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistant characteristics. 16Mo3 steel is used as a weldable steel in the fabrication of industrial boilers and steel pressurized vessels found in the oil, gas and chemical industry.

Through A204 Grade B is 16Mo3 equivalent ASTM material. They have much difference, which can be found through above table. So if you need 16Mo3 equivalent, please confirm it with technician and engineer carefully.
