1. The depth of grooved joints (pipe joints) and high hardness
Q355NHB weathering steel grooves shall comply with the national standard "Automatic sprinkler system-grooved pipe joints" GB5131.11;
2. Flexible joints should be used in places with vibration and buried pipelines. Rigid joints should be used in other places. When rigid joints are used, a flexible joint should be provided every 4 to 5 rigid joints;
3. When using mechanical tee and four-way joints, the size of the openings and the distance between the openings should not affect the strength of the pipe being opened. Generally, the maximum diameter of the opening should be less than 1/2 of the diameter of the pipe being opened; when the diameter of the opening is greater than 1/2 of the diameter of the pipe being opened, the clamp three-way and four-way pipe fittings should be used;
4. The distance between openings is related to the size of the openings, which should generally not be less than 2m. When the grooved connection is connected with other types of interfaces, a conversion joint should be used;
5. When reducing the diameter of q355nhb weather-resistant steel rails connected with grooved connectors, grooved reducer joints should be used; core repairs should not be used at pipe elbows; when core repair is required, one can be used on the tee. There should not be more than two on the cross; piping with a nominal diameter greater than 50mm should not be used;
6. The groove connector should use EDPM C-type sealing rubber ring, which has good elasticity. There should be a gap in the middle of the C-shaped sealing rubber ring after installation and compression.
7. Inspection quantity: 30% spot inspection shall be carried out according to quantity, no less than 10 pieces. Inspection method: observation and ruler inspection.
8. When slotted groove connection is adopted, the wall thickness of high hardness Q355NHB weathering steel pipe should meet the requirements of automatic sprinkler system-grooved pipe connection "GB5131.11. The wall thickness shall comply with the provisions of Automatic Sprinkler System-Grooved Pipe Fittings "GB5131.11.
