Due to the soft base tube, it can be cut with plasma, carbon arc and other heat sources, and can be tailor-welded to shape, making the field welding work time-saving and convenient. Therefore, this material is in line with the current mainstream of the international manufacturing industry to replace the cast structure with a welded structure and reduce the weight of the structure.
4. High cost performance. The cost of using NM400 abrasion resistant steel plate to manufacture workpieces is higher than that of centrifugal casting abrasion resistant steel plate, but the service life of the workpieces is increased. Taking into account maintenance costs, spare parts costs, shutdown and production, safety factors, etc., NM400 abrasion resistant steel plates are more cost-effective high.
