Weathering Steel Standard TB/T 1979

TB/T 1979 weathering steel is available in plates thickness ranging 2mm to 160mm. Weathering steel is corten steel or atmospheric corrosion resistance steel.
TB/T 1979 standard
TB/T 1979 standard is a Chinese weathering steel standard. It specifies the atmospheric corrosion resistant steel for railway rolling stock. This standard specifies the 05CuPCrNi, 09CuPCrNi-A, 09CuPCrNi-B steel sizes, shapes, technical requirement, test method, inspect rules, packaging, marks and quality certificate.
