The YT series pure iron developed by Zhongtian Iron & Steel has an iron content of more than 99.9%, and other impurities, such as carbon, manganese, phosphorus and sulfur, do not exceed 0.01%, 0.05%, 0.015%, 0.01%, and aluminum and titanium content does not exceed 0.01%. More than 50ppm, 40ppm.

 

In response to this new product with extremely high technical content, in February this year, the company's technology center and the backbone technicians of the third steel plant established a research and development team to apply the molten iron pre-demanganese technology, and at the same time combined with the theoretical guidance of thermodynamics in the smelting process to optimize the converter smelting process Carry out enhanced demanganese and dephosphorization to ensure that the manganese and phosphorus content of tapping are controlled below 0.05% and 0.01% respectively;
Apply vacuum deep decarburization technology to make the carbon content below 0.005%, reaching the industry-leading level;
Applying simulation calculation combined with actual production to guide accurate deoxidation after decarburization and increase iron content;
The refined management of raw and auxiliary materials is adopted to ensure that the continuous casting process achieves zero carbon increase, and the content of residual elements such as aluminum and titanium reaches extremely low levels.

 

In the first quarter of this year, Zhongtian Steel accumulated 22 new products such as pure iron YT series, spring steel 61SiCr7-M, construction machinery steel AISI8637H, which is equivalent to 1 new product every 4 days.
