According to news from China Baowu Taigang, the company signed a batch of Ni36 nickel-based alloy orders with a domestic large aircraft project supporting mold manufacturing enterprise, and became the designated supplier. The products will be used to make my country's CR929 wing molds. This marks the stable supply of nickel-based alloys for TISCO aviation molds in batches, realizing the import substitution of this product.
It is understood that the Ni36 material for aviation molds, also known as Invar alloy, is a nickel-iron alloy containing 36% nickel. Because of its special properties of not expanding within a certain temperature range, it is widely used in aerospace and other temperature-sensitive Deformation demanding areas. However, due to its difficulty in production, it has long relied on imports, restricting the development of China's aviation industry.
Faced with the urgent demand for high-end nickel-based alloy materials in the domestic military, aerospace, 5G communications, electronic circuits and other industries, TISCO took active action and made careful research and development. It took 10 years to successfully produce Ni36 materials, and some performance indicators were better than imported materials. The delivery is stable and fast, making an important contribution to the localization of key materials in China's aviation industry.
At present, the 800 series and 600 series nickel-based alloy products developed by TISCO have been covered by all types of shapes, wires, plates, tubes and strips. In the future, TISCO will also make unremitting efforts for the localization of basic materials in the fields of aero-engines, landing gear, and supporting welding wires.
