From the performance point of view, the strength of 42CrMo alloy structural steel is higher than that of 35CrMo alloy structural steel, but it is not very obvious.
From the above analysis, it can be seen that in terms of chemical composition and performance alone, 42CrMo alloy structural steel and 35CrMo alloy structural steel are basically the same, but after all, they are two different materials, so there are still certain essential differences.
