With the launch of the 5G network test, HBIS Chenggang's logistics management and control project based on 5G applications was put into trial operation, officially opening the 5G era of logistics.
The project realizes the intelligent management of the reservoir area and the closed-loop tracking and control of the whole process of transportation and production operations, and promotes the further realization of informatization, standardization, standardization and safety of logistics management.
Since the beginning of this year, HBIS Chenggang has established an automated management and control process in the reservoir area based on the low-latency characteristics of the 5G network, based on the actual production situation, and improved the rapid response mechanism for logistics production information, so as to ensure the safety of production operations while realizing logistics downsizing. The project includes full coverage of 5G campus network, 1780 reservoir area management system based on 5G technology, and railway dispatching command and centralized control system.
At present, HBIS Chenggang has built and used 9 5G base stations, 4 channels of 5G high-definition video surveillance, 8 equipment network monitoring points, etc. With the support of 5G, the logistics management and control platform runs smoothly, realizing all the data of product relocation and outbound in the reservoir area. Networked statistics provide a guarantee for optimizing product delivery methods. At the same time, the normal operation of outbound is all completed by crane operators, which optimizes the allocation of human resources in the reservoir area, and greatly improves the safety factor and inventory operation efficiency of the reservoir area.
At the same time, HBIS Chenggang also built a 5G communication network along the railway to promote the application of the intelligent dispatching system for railway transportation.
