Q355CH H shaped steel classification and representation method:
It is divided into three types: wide flange H-shaped steel (HW), narrow flange H-shaped steel (HN) and H-shaped steel pile (HU). The expression method is: height H×width B×web thickness t1×wing plate thickness t2, such as H-beam
q235b,
SS400.
The size of 200×200×8×12 is expressed as a wide flange H-shaped steel with a height of 200mm, a width of 200mm, a web thickness of 8mm, and a wing thickness of 12mm. The grades are Q235B or SS400 and
q345b. The advantages of hot-rolled H-beam: H-beam is a new type of steel for economic construction.
The common
H-beams of Q355CH steel manufacturers are used for steel structure. However, there are also some special applications, such as offshore oil platforms, drilling rigs, steel structures in high-cold areas, and rail transit.
Conventional steel structure uses H-shaped steel, and the domestic grades are generally B, C, D grades of Q235 and Q345. The most common Japanese grades are SS400, SM490A/B, and SN490A/B. The European standard is usually JR, J0, J2 grades of S235 and S355.
The national standard Q355CH, Q345E, or the European standard S355NL are commonly used for land drilling rigs. This equipment is often used in Russia and other oil-producing countries that rely on the Arctic. Of course, it is also used in the North-South and North-Pole research stations, or Nordic outdoor steel structure buildings. Because of the cold weather, many grades that can withstand low temperatures of -40℃ are used.
