Q345qNH atmospheric corrosion resistant steel is to add a small amount of alloying elements, such as Cu, P, Cr, Ni, etc. to the steel to form a protective layer on the surface of the metal substrate to improve the weather resistance of the steel plate.
This steel is better than that of welded structure, and it is called high weather resistance structural steel. It is a low-alloy steel series between ordinary steel and stainless steel. Weathering steel is made of ordinary carbon steel with a small amount of copper, nickel and other corrosion-resistant elements. It has the strength, ductility, forming, welding and cutting of high-quality steel, high temperature, fatigue resistance and other characteristics; weather resistance is 2 to 8 times that of normal carbon steel, and paintability is 1.5 to 10 times that of normal carbon steel.
