Process flow of A514 GradeF steel plate
1. Raw material (scrap steel, pig iron and hot metal)
2. Electric furnace (100 ton electric arc furnace tempered), converter
3. Refining treatment of molten steel in LF furnace
4. Vacuum treatment of molten steel in VD or VOD furnace
5. Die casting (a variety of key-type die casting lines) or continuous casting (large slab continuous casting machine); (one steel ingot remelting treatment 50 tons of slab type electroslag furnace) 6. Heating (continuous furnace and soaking furnace)
7. Steel plate rolling (4100 and 4200mm rolling mills)
8. Heat treatment of steel plate (normalizing, tempering, quenching and tempering)
9. Steel plate cutting inspection
10. Storage

A514 Grade F steel plates are mainly used in places that require high tensile strength and high yield, engineering car lifting gears, large excavators, marine platforms, etc.
