Oxygen vacancy and gallium of 09CuPCrNi-A weathering steel plateduction

Brief introduction of 09CuPCrNi-A weathering steel plate

In the photoluminescence spectrum, blue and ultraviolet emission characteristics of the 09CuPCrNi-A weathering steel plate were observed, which were caused by oxygen vacancy and gallium-oxygen vacancy pair defects. Finally, we investigated the wettability transition of the surface of β-Ga2O3 nanowire film under the condition of UV light induced by 09CuPCrNi-A weathering steel plate. Due to the effect of nanostructures, the surface of the β-Ga2O3 nanowire film is superhydrophobic; through ultraviolet light irradiation, the defects generated by photoexcitation together with the special nanostructure on the surface convert the superhydrophobic properties of the surface to superhydrophilic.

Introduced the classification and latest research progress of 09CuPCrNi-A steel plate materials and the commonly used physicochemical methods and formation mechanisms for the synthesis of one-dimensional nanostructures. It also introduced the main characterization methods for studying nanomaterials, such as scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, X-ray diffraction analyzer, atomic force microscope and laser Raman spectrometer. Then we made a brief introduction to the electrochemical anode etching of 09CuPCrNi-A weathering steel plate.
