Compared with the traditional manual grading and indoor intelligent grading, the outdoor intelligent scrap grading system deployed and implemented by the company can still achieve indiscriminate and high-precision identification and judgment of scrap grades in harsh environments such as rain, fog, snow and wind. It is reported that after the system goes online, there is no need for manual intervention in the scrap steel business from entering the plant to unloading, inspection, leaving the factory, and data docking to the management and control system. The system can issue a grading result at the moment when the unloading of each truck is completed, and 2 post personnel can be optimized for each point and each shift, realizing unmanned on-site operations, and completing more than 10,000 tons of scrap steel inspection each month.
