The first is to perform a visual inspection. Visual inspection of solder joints is a simple procedure, mainly to find out welding surface defects and dimensional deviations. It can be directly observed or detected using tools such as gauges and magnifying glasses.
Secondly, physical testing methods can be used, mainly using some physical phenomena to detect, for the detection methods of internal defects of materials or components, non-destructive testing such as ultrasonic, radiation, transmission and magnetic flaw detection are used.
The third is the pressure vessel strength test, generally there are two methods: hydraulic test and air pressure test.
In these tests, the air pressure test was more sensitive and faster than the water pressure test, and the spiral steel pipe tested did not need to be drained.
However, the difficulty of this type of test is higher than that of the hydraulic test. During the entire test process, corresponding technical measures must be followed.
