Preparation before measurement:
1. Before measuring, according to the location of the SPA-H weathering steel plate, first draw a sketch of each connection scheme of the equipment, and consecutively number them, so that the fixtures are installed in pairs.
2. During installation, the
SPA-H weathering steel plate may have different outer diameters, staggered (non-concentric), and shim thicknesses are not equal. Change, so measuring the size and number of each part is the key to fixture processing and installation.
3. When measuring, it is best to arrange three people, two of them to measure, one to proofread and make a record, the measuring tool uses vernier calipers, if there is no condition can use external calipers and steel rulers. Measurement is a meticulous work and a prerequisite for fixture installation. The measurement and recording must be prepared without errors, and the records must be carefully and clearly.
4. Fill the measured data in the table.

Measurement of SPA-H steel plate size
1. First, accurately measure the dimensions of the outer diameters D1 and D2 of the SPA-H steel plate respectively. If the measured data is 160mm, the size is 160mm.
2. Measure the gap b size of the SPA-H weathering steel plate and measure four points on the circumference (evenly distributed).
3. Measure the enlarged part of the depth C (the size between the outer edge of the SPA-H weathering steel plate and the bolt), measure the size of C at the 1234 position of the SPA-H steel plate, and select the smallest size.
4. Measure the size of the two SPA-H steel plates with different concentric (staggered) d, and select the size of the two SPA-H steel plates with the largest staggered opening.
5. Finally, fill in the measured data in the table.
