The problem of over-temperature delay and waste of energy and medium.

 

On the premise of ensuring safety, the team also shortened the secondary nitrogen purge time, from the original 20 minutes to 15 minutes of purging; under the condition of ensuring product quality, the hydrogen flow was changed from 10 cubic meters / The hour is reduced to 9 cubic meters per hour, further reducing the consumption of energy media.

 

In addition, the department has carried out technological upgrading and transformation of production equipment, the manufacturing cost has dropped by about 25 yuan/ton steel year-on-year, and the environmental protection benefits have been improved.
