Announcement on the cancellation of export tax rebate for some iron and steel products

On April 28, the State Administration of Taxation issued the notice of 2021b version of export tax rebate rate library. (News from the State Administration of Taxation)          
State Administration of Taxation: tax bureaus of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government and cities separately listed in the state plan. 

According to the announcement of the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation on the cancellation of export tax rebate for some iron and steel products (No. 16, 2021) on the adjustment of export tax rebate rate, the State Administration of Taxation has compiled the 2021b version of export tax rebate rate Library (hereinafter referred to as the "library"). The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:           
1, The library is placed in the "program release" directory of the controllable FTP system (100.16.92.60) of the State Administration of taxation. Please download in time, upgrade the library of the export tax rebate audit system, and distribute the library to the export enterprises in time.           
2, All localities should strictly implement the export tax rebate rate and strictly prohibit changing the export tax rebate rate without authorization. Once found, relevant personnel should be investigated for responsibility.           
3, For the problems found in the implementation, please report to the State Administration of Taxation (Department of goods and services tax) in time
