A633 GradeD steel plate information

A633 series steel plates are high strength low alloy structural steels that are well suited for welding, riveting or bolting. There are four grades of A633 series steel plates: A, C, D and E. The maximum limit thickness of A633 series high-strength low-alloy structural steel is 150mm.

The implementation standard of A633 GradeD steel plate is: ASTM/633M. A633 GradeD steel plate delivery status: A633 Grade D steel plate should be normalized, the steel plate is heated to a suitable temperature that can produce austenite structure but not exceeding 925 ℃, keep it at this temperature for a period of time, so that the whole steel plate can be heated evenly, and then let it cool in the air.

A633 GradeD high-strength low-alloy structural steel is generally used in vehicles, cranes, mining machinery, power stations, bridges and other mechanical parts that bear dynamic loads, building structures and general metal structural parts, such as drilling rigs and electrical appliances for mines and various engineering constructions. Shovels, electric wheel dump trucks, mining vehicles, excavators, loaders, bulldozers, various cranes, coal mine hydraulic supports and other mechanical equipment and other structural parts.
