In the past, after the scratches were found on the product, it was necessary to check the more than 400 rollers one by one. It took half an hour to an hour. Now the problem can be basically determined within 10 minutes. The maintenance efficiency has been improved, the downtime has been shortened, and the rate of scrap, defective and degraded products has dropped from about 7% to 3.8%, which saves production costs for enterprises.

Now through data analysis and scientific maintenance of equipment, the full life cycle management of equipment has been realized. On the 1780 hot tandem rolling production line, the number of emergency shutdowns and fault repairs after the transformation decreased by 20%, and the unit operation rate increased by 5%.
