5G and the steel industry

Working together, the machine achieves tacit cooperation.

In the steel production workshop, the coke pushing car, the coke blocking car and the coke quenching car are arranged in a straight line. After driving to the carbonization chamber, the coke pushing, coke blocking and coke quenching processes are about to begin. During the coke pushing process, the locomotive automatically recognizes the heat number and drives to the corresponding heat number.

Locomotives - coke pusher, coke blocking car, coke quenching car, and coal loading car have different divisions of labor and are interconnected, forming an organic and unified whole through the transmission of signals.

On the display in the central control room, the operating data of the four major locomotives can be seen at a glance. In addition to monitoring the running conditions of the locomotive in real time, the entire management system can also realize man-machine dialogue and send work instructions.

The steel industry is a typical process production industry. The production process is continuous. If you want to transmit a large amount of information in a timely manner in a complex environment, the original information system has become unsustainable, and there is an urgent need for intelligent manufacturing.

Now the stable, safe and fast transmission of images is realized. After analysis and logical judgment, the central control room sends corresponding instructions to the programmable logic controller of the locomotive, thereby realizing the division of labor and cooperation among the four major locomotives.
