Benxi Iron and Steel Group held the on-site experience exchange meeting of "Digital Benxi Iron and Steel, Intelligent Manufacturing and Strong Enterprise" in the plate steelmaking plant, and signed a project cooperation intention framework agreement and a technical cooperation agreement with Shanghai Baosight Software Company and Northeastern University respectively. Benxi Iron and Steel should take a more proactive attitude to promote the fundamental transformation of the industrial model and corporate form, and do a good job in promoting the integrated development of the digital economy and the real economy.
7. Jianlong Fushun New Steel Intelligent Manufacturing Center was put into operation
On January 12, Jianlong Group Fushun New Iron and Steel Intelligent Manufacturing Center was officially put into operation. The center integrates and integrates tasks such as production command, process control, and technical management, covering six major areas of centralized control, including first-level centralized production, energy, logistics scheduling, all main process production units, and gas systems; breaking the traditional Department boundaries, re-argument and optimize the professional sequence into 8 categories, and fully realize "one central management to the end"; developed a full-process production big data system, covering 16 fields.
At present, the center has collected more than 30,000 data and created more than 400 analytical and 36 predictive function screens, which is getting closer and closer to the goal of centralized control and digitalization of the whole process.
8. "5G + Digital Factory" was put into use in Zhongtian Iron & Steel
The "5G+ Digital Factory" of Zhongtian Iron and Steel's Third Steelmaking Plant (hereinafter referred to as the Third Steelmaking Plant), which took a year and invested nearly 10 million yuan to complete the transformation and upgrading, was put into use. The digital factory realizes real-time monitoring and management of core elements such as "production, equipment, logistics, energy environment, and safety", and achieves the purpose of integrating and optimizing information resources, improving production efficiency and intrinsic safety, and promoting product upgrades.
9. The country's first 5G cloud-based steel plant landed at Liugang
The country's first 5G cloud steel plant has settled in the Fangchenggang base of Guangxi Liugang Group. The three companies used technologies such as 5G, cloud and AI (artificial intelligence) to deepen the production process, build digital Liugang, and open the cloud era of China's steel industry.
10. Kunming Iron and Steel Company sounded the charge of the switch of smart manufacturing engineering
The project is planned to be officially switched online on December 31. After 238 days of hard work, the project has completed all the work of demand analysis, system design, programming development, and system testing. After going online, it will create a precedent for the "cross-industry, cross-space, cross-interface" "one company and multiple bases" synchronous joint debugging and synchronous online switching of China Baowu Smart Manufacturing.
